    That was actually insane, wow. You make amazing use of the Helix and show some exploits of the maps and AI that I didn't even know/think of.

      This is actually an outdated run. I've developed even faster strats since: th-cam.com/video/PkM06Nv-cLk/w-d-xo.html

    Your videos are great. They help me. I m stuck on Infantry v Toxin

      Glad to help, man.
      If you're stuck on Inf V Toxin, try getting your defense figured out first. You're probably not gonna want to play as quick so the biggest problem for you will be blocking the bomb trucks. You can bunker up to do that. He sends bomb trucks from the front and the sides to a lesser extent. You can use a bunker helix to get a lot of work done on the right of your base. Blow up the toxin bunker on the right to disable the stinger, then use a bunker helix full of tank hunters to clean up. The toxin networks go down easy as well, just don't forget to kill the RPGs before they can kill your helix.
      Try to get a dragon tank out as well, so you can deal with the RPG garrisons near the arms dealer on the right. Take note of the demo trap near the arty platform, you can force-fire at the bottom-left of the building closest to it to blow it up. Just don't walk your dragon tank blindly into it. Check out my Infantry V Toxin playthrough to see what I mean :)
      There's plenty more but I think my videos should help with that more than a TH-cam comment ever could. Fight hard and make him regret getting his degree from a mail-order college!

    Would be cool to see nuke migs in action

    • @SketchTVGaming
      @SketchTVGaming  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't really have a good place for nuke migs in my strategies. So far I've only used migs when I have the money and really need to firestorm something, and nuke migs don't have firestorm so they don't do what I want.
      Tac nuke migs are fun, but they require the nuke silo to go up, and I only use nukes in 2 missions: Superweapon and Leang. If not, tac nuke migs would be prohibitively expensive to produce, they just wouldn't fit in a speedrun strat I think.
      Superweapon is already so optimized and her defenses are so anti-air that tac nuke migs don't fit anywhere in there.
      I've seen someone use tac nuke migs on Leang, but only as a proof of concept to replace a nuke. The problem is that 4 tac nuke migs are more expensive than one silo (remember that the upgrade costs money too!), and I can immediately start up 2 nukes after getting the prop center because of the cash drops, so waiting for money to build 1 nuke vs 2 nukes doesn't cost extra time. Money is surprisingly tight in this mission as well because of the bunkerlixes, so I can't exactly splurge on tac nuke migs (for perspective, 4 migs + tac nuke upgrade cost roughly 2 full bunkerlixes, and 4 full bunkerlixes are enough to execute the final attack).

    Dunno how the laser general map works here.
    Seems you just need to destroy his factories like barracks or war factory or supply centers except power plant to win.

    • @SketchTVGaming
      @SketchTVGaming  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad you asked!
      Destroy all his base buildings, with this weird exception: Two groups of reactors in a 2x3 formation, one on the left and one on the right (for a total of 12 reactors). These don't count towards victory and can be skipped.
      Base defenses are skippable. The particle cannons are considered superweapons and can be skipped for victory purposes as well.

      @@SketchTVGaming now i can see what does it mean.
      The winning condition is like this.
      If all factories belonging to player aiopponent destroyed, You win. Which is what i checked on the map.
      I don't know about leang if it's same as other general.

    • @SketchTVGaming
      @SketchTVGaming  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not just the factories. Normally it's all the reactors too. So all production, all reactors, and supply depots.
      Laser General has that weird exception with the 12 reactors like I mentioned.
      Leang has a different set of victory conditions. All production, all command centers, and all dozers.
