I've been told many times, since my cancer diagnosis in 2014, that I was going to die. At first, I believed the doctors (I didn't argue). Fortunately, my husband said not to repeat what they said. But when my brother called, I knew I had to tell him. I whispered, 'They said I'm going to die.' He immediately said, 'I don't believe that.' I was surprised/confused-I tried to explain that the doctors said . . . "Nope. I don't believe that!" my dear brother repeated. And, in that moment I realized my brother's faith was talking, and I got in agreement with him-and he reminded me who I am. Since then, there have been many dark days, and truly unbelievable trials. But, I now know, that the toughest times have been when I have had to fight against the lies, the vulnerable moments when the enemy could have easily taken over. Forever grateful to God for growing my faith, my spiritual strength, and opening my eyes to see how great is our God. He can move a mountain, again, and again, and again. Amen & amen ❤
