Feel the Tezpur based 4 Corps. should be converted into a Mountain Strike Corps. & equipped accordingly- Reason being while the Panagarh based 17 Mountain Strike Corps. would look after the Silliguri & Chumbi Valley Region, the Tezpue based 4 Corps. would look after the Tawang region.
