- cucumbers
- 300g shrimp
- bell pepper
- ginger
- green onion
- garlic
- 1/2tsp salt and 1/2tsp pepper
- cooking oil
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2tbsp corn starch + 3tbsp water
