My theory for integrity / Ivys death is kinda funny , so her it is. Integrity was actually doing well surviving in the underground, they/she/he/it were friends with almost all the monsters! They also idolized mettaton EX a whole lot, they/she/he/it wanted to be just like mettaton EX, so they/she/he/it started dancing almost everyday when they had free time, and soon made their own dance show. Alphys saw this and suggested that mettaton EX should do a dance battle with integrity like people did in anime , so one day about 1 year and 4 days after Alphys suggested that, mettaton accepted the challenge and they were doing so well! Especially integrity , but while dancing mettaton EX accidentally kicked their soul, and integrity never killed anyone, so they/he/she/it were on 1 HP (cause you start with 5 HP) and accidentally fell, causing themself / himself / herself / itself to break their/his/her/it’s own soul, they blame mettaton EX for their/his/her/it’s death. Gladly no one knows except Alphys and mettaton EX knows how integrity died. As they didn’t record the episode live.

I want to point out that mettaton mentions "showing his new body" to frisk so I don't think that is how integrity died

@@YourFriendlyAnon it is possible there was a prototype of mettaton EX but was still just a prototype at the time so wasn’t fully complete and PROBALY had a bunch of glitches. But yea lol.
