If you ask me, they can make some changes like :- they can add a cooldown to heavenly attacks (of a very small time though) which will avoid the spamming..
And they can add a jump in that place so monkey will be able to jump also..
And in that manner he will get two abilities with cooldown or charging i.e. Jingu and Heavenly
(Jingu definitely needs a buff kind of hard to avoid)
And using them will be tricky which will suit to a legendary character..
Also some changes in movesets like bringing back the old heavy attack (similar to Yunlin)..
No need to change the rude mockery; as it's a good talent and it's a part of monkey behaviour so it suits him well..
Problem was his Jingu ineffectiveness which was outcome of rude mockery makes it feels like useless..
Sorry for such long blabbering..😅
