Awesome. I've always wondered what was the best way to deal with the Slime. Loved the in-depth explanation and even though it was a tough fight, i feel like I can handle that boss with this strategy now. Kudos, Felix!
Love your videos! I can only beat this game on normal. This is my first deck building rpg. Would love to hear your general tips about tackling the harder difficulties. Thank you for the great uploads!
Hey, It's mainly a matter of practice. There is a lot of arcane knowledge in Dawncaster, but that's by design. It's old-school in that sense. In general, you need good sustain for the higher difficulties. You need to know where you're going and what you'll need to get past certain enemies. I'd continue playing on Normal until you get a good feel for the game, then try switching it up. If you watch this video and/or read the guide, you should be able to take down Challenging with this build quickly :)
Nice one, fire builds are always fun. Though lately I've been having more trouble with treasure map rogue and soul dancer hunter, probably because there's a lot of options to remember.
Those are definitely pretty far out on the complexity specturm. Pirate Rogue can really be played any way you want to because of the maps. It benefits from being imaginative!
The memorising will get it burned, yeah. Also Gravecaster will always conjure a base copy if it gets buried (meaning only 2 barrier). It's just not very good in this build

@@FJ_0412 Nice! Great advice! Thanks for the this build!
Keep up the great work!
Just when I was thinking of how to synergize firecast qith bury blud drops a banger
Thanks for this man. Firecast was the one build I could never understand well. That and snares
I'll get around to snares eventually 🎯
WOOOW nice video!!
Thank you for posting this guide. I've gotten pretty far in the game but was struggling to wrap my head around firecast. This helped a lot :)

And VERY few cards have those.
That's what she said
So hot.
16:45 Why are you not taking arcane warding and memorising it? Because of the malignancy?

And if I do get it... does it work properly???
Soul of Vengeance is a... how do I put it... a Conjuration Card. Is it still possible to get it during a map run?
I don't think so - I think you can only get it from shuffling it into your deck via Scatter Soul
@@FJ_0412 DAMN IT!!! "CRITICAL" is the best simple tactic to inflict serious damage depending on the weapon.
Any particular reason you shared your seed? Testing or?
No reason to keep it secret
nice!! have you played attune arcanist on higher difficulties? how would you tier it?
I've played it in the Sunforge a bit - I'm not a big fan of the playstyle. You should check with Violetmist in the Discord - they're a big fan!
Man, I was hoping you would go though every basic weapon. Not necessary on max difficulty.
@@vladm2364 At some point, we'll get there 😎
