Short and to the point!
If someone create another user and can access to my files, how can protect from them.
How can i change to only admin and block every user, if in future anyone creates new user.
I wanted my files to be private even if anyone create any new user.
And they cannot change my settings from other users (apart from my admin user login)
can we block browser also

You can edit the access to a specific folder, right click on the folder, click on properties, choose security, click add, then Advance, change the type for users then click find now, your sister user will appear click to add it, once u add it click on deny for all choices then ok and here you are

when i tried doing, the following Error message is coming "Unable to save permission on DATA (D:) Access is denied."

however than can still get into steam, other apps, google chrome with your account.

bro i restricted the drive d for another user now i am not able to usee wallpaper engine in both users

here how you can unlock
1. right click on D drive --> properties--> go to security tab
2. now go to advance --> click on change owner --> go to advance
3. now in object type select all object type and click on find now
4. now in search result select the user/group from you have sign in in your pc/laptop/system
5. now click ok --> click ok
6. Now check the box "replace all child object permission ........."
7. Click on apply --> windows security popup will came, click on Yes-->click on continue
it should resolve your issue.
if not then try to add other user/group in permission entries
1. click on add --> select a principal --> advance --> in object type select all --> find --> select the users/group for whom you want access --> ok --> ok --> select full control --> ok
2. now apply and select yes to windows security and then continue.
