Thank you for sharing. This inspires me to add a summary of my reading to my daily Bible study time. I recently cleaned out my mom’s house after her passing. She had shelves and shelves of these devotional books. I kept some, but I couldn’t keep them all so I donated and gifted a lot!
My condolences to you & your family. It sounds like I would have loved to take a look through your mom’s devotional collection 😊 I’m so glad you found my process inspiring!
I read the NIV version and just bought a journaling Bible. I'm starting a Bible in 3 years reading plan. I have the concordance on an app with the King James version. I use the B6 Sterling ink planner as my planner/Bible study notes/sermon notes.
A 3-year plan sounds right up my alley! Is it a plan available for purchase? I’m sure many other would find 3 years much less intimidating. And you just made me realize I didn’t mention sermon notes! I keep mine in a separate notebook and go back & forth about whether I want to combine everything. The jury is still out on that one 😆
I really enjoyed your video. I like how you have everything in one tote for daily devotion. When you mentioned about growing up with the KJV, I was thinking yep me too. I stick with NKJV and KJV. I also use Dr Charles Stanley devotional. I get his monthly devotion booklets. New Subbie and thank you for the tote suggestion.

I’ve always loved the Charlotte Mason method of narrating back or rephrasing what was read. TFS! ❤️🤗
I’m always interested in finding new ways to study. That’s something I’ll look into. Thanks for the suggestion!
Thank you for this video! I'm forever trying to get organized for bible and church study. I appreciate seeing your method.
I’m so glad this was helpful! Thank you so much for watching 😊

Thank you so much for watching! Those monthly devotion booklets sound interesting. I’ll have to look into them. 😊
I love this. I use a commentary Bible along with my studies
Yes! A commentary is a great companion to use for studying. Thanks Monica! 😊
