    I love your way of typing the conditional formatting formula in the cell first and the use of sequence in the time functions!!

    This is great. I remember completing this exercise when you uploaded it earlier.
    I remember including public holidays amongst the weekends. For instance I formatted it so the Easter weekend, ANZAC Day & the Queensland Labor Day blocked out.

    This is an excellent piece of work. The dynamism from date / week / month is super fantastic. I could not understand the logic behind the yet to start, in-progress and completed work formula. However, it is working as expected when we switch from Days/weeks/months view. Super.
    Just one more help required. In actual we cannot follow what has been planned. Can we chart following details also.
    1. Planned (start to end) in one colour / fill/ pattern (it is actually there in the Excel)
    2. Actual (Start to expected end) in another colour / fill / pattern
    3. % Completed in differect colour (it is actually there in the Excel)
    4. Actual beyond planned in another colour / fill / pattern
    5. % Completed beyond planned in different colour / fill / pattern
    Really appreciate for your highly learning videos. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM DEEPEST OF MY HEART.

    Thank you so much for the Great Video. It was very helpful and you explained it really well.however i have a question and that is that no Progress is necessary in my table. I just want to have the Tasks displayed over time without differentiating between different progresse. So i would Like to have the tasks also in Daily view,weekly view and monthly without any Progress

    Really excellent dashboard thanks. One issue I’ve found is the scroll bar still only increases by 1 day in whichever display period used. Is there a way to vary the increment of the scroll bar?

    • @MyOnlineTrainingHub
      @MyOnlineTrainingHub ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It works for the DailyDates and WeeklyDates, but the MonthlyDates needs modifying as follows:
      =LET(
      DailyDates, SEQUENCE(1,26,MIN(Table1[Start Date])+ScrollPos,1),
      WeeklyDates,SEQUENCE(1,26,MIN(Table1[Start Date])+ScrollPos,7),
      MonthlyDates,DATE(MIN(YEAR(Table1[Start Date])),SEQUENCE(,26,1)+ScrollPos,1),
      CHOOSE(DisplayPeriod,
      DailyDates,
      WeeklyDates,
      MonthlyDates))

    Thank you so much for this video, you are truly amazing! One question - is there a way for the Gantt chart to display different information? I would like to understand resource capacity per team member for each project. So for example, "team member X worked 4 hrs on project Y and 2 hrs on Project Z on Monday". Is this possible to do/how should I format this data to properly display? Thank you in advance for any guidance.

    • @MyOnlineTrainingHub
      @MyOnlineTrainingHub ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you can modify this technique to work with different data. I don't have any examples I can point you to though, sorry.

    Really brilliant 👌Thank you very much! It would be AMAZING if you would create a video how we can use Dynamic Periods in a barchart or a line char. So that the user can choose if the x - axis , show the years or month or Weeks. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I try it since days in excel, but without any results 😭 Please help ❤

    Hi
    First of all this is amazing and thank you so much for helping us.
    I have 1 question : When I add more rows for example 100 rows but this chat only show 45 rows data on the right side.
    Can you please help here ? Thank you

    • @MyOnlineTrainingHub
      @MyOnlineTrainingHub 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great to hear it's helpful! As long as you add more rows to the source data table and then Refresh the PivotTable, it will automatically include the new rows.

      I am sorry if i could not explain clearly
      Rows are showing after adding more but the graph is not showing in front of those new rows.
      Graph only showing for 46 rows same as your template.
      Please help

    Hi Mynda, Great Video! However, when I test my formulas for completed/in-progress in the cells they are evaluating. But when I go to add this as a conditional formatting rule Excel is telling me there is an 'error' with the formula. Any thoughts or ideas?

    Quick question Mynda, Using this Tabular design, I'm having trouble getting the sort order for each of my projects, by Start Date. I tried sorting by in a bunch of ways in the Pivot table, but having no luck so far. For now, I was able to fudge it with putting a number before my task's verbiage. I'm my case, i have task's that are more verbose than "Task1, Task 2 etc.." Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards!

    • @MyOnlineTrainingHub
      @MyOnlineTrainingHub 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you want to sort by date, then that field needs to be the first column in your PivotTable.

    Hi. First and foremost, thank you Mynda for this fantastic Dashboard! Gerat job!
    One kind request....Can you please (or somebody from the comment section) paste the last "conditional formating" formula for the MonthsFormat in a reply to this comment?? This would save my life :)
    I can see the three OR condition for the MonthsFormat conditional formating in the video but i cannot see what are the changes made for the Days and Weeks format. Thus i am unable to make the formula work and can not complete my personal dashboard :(((((((((((....Thanks in advance!
