The greek word for judging can mean several things. We are to judge in the category of determinating. We are also to rebuke one another, in love. But we are not to condemn other people, only God has the right to execute condemnatory judgement.
John 3:18 KJV He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. All men apart from Christ are under condemnation. It is our obligation to warn them of that. Unless men repent they will perish. But if you go and tell men to repent they will immediately begin to say is " judge not, quite condemning us " When men say that, we are not to back down. We must continue preaching the word regardless what they think. The Spirit of God will lead us to reprove the world of sin righteousness and of judgment. Hebrews 11:7 KJV By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. According to the scriptures we are to condemn the world.
