as someone who pre orderd the game on quest and played for like 20 hours (light estimate) go and buy it.
It’s definitely unique compared to 90% of current VR titles being released
although it's a bit confusing, to reload you have to click in the joystick on your right hand to eject the magazine.

Honestly, i played it and absolutely hated it. Very glitchy and badly acted. Buy it if you want, but just remember that videos always make games look better.
it wasn't too shabby when i tried it but i haven't played it since so i dont know the current state of the game
