    Yoga is not about how much you strech your body, it's is how much comfortable when you are streching your body , pranayama is not only air flowing in or coming out of your body it improves your concentration and activate your body to do your works rest of the day.. people who don't do yoga or pranayama they will not experience what's happening in their body... just do it in a proper way results will automatically come

    Hi is right but not totally in gym we need proper technique of training for the targeted muscle stimulation so gym can make you or break you and thanks for this doc because there is human limitations for training of muscles💪 we need keep this in our mind 🙏

    యోగా వల్ల చాలా క్యూర్ అవుతాయి మేం పర్సనల్గా చాలా చాలా గొప్ప అనుభూతులు పొందెం. మరి మెడిసిన్ వాడిని వాళ్ళందరికీ షుగర్ ఎందుకు తగ్గలేదు ఇంకా సైడ్ ఎఫెక్ట్స్ వచ్చే కిడ్నీలు ఎందుకు పాడై పోతున్నాయి.. సైన్స్ అంటే మరి రోజు రోజు జబ్బులు పెరుగుతున్నాయి హాస్పిటల్స్ పెరుగుతున్నాయి .

    Arey gym ki velladam waste enti asalu, dhaani badhulu chese gym correct ga cheyali with right form, without injuries ani chepthe ok kaani, gym is of no use ante ela, and sir, meeku insulin resistance gurinchi idea unde untadhi kadha, that can be reversed by building muscles and eating right food.
    And if yoga is not mentioned in medical books, does that mean yoga is not science? If both meditation and stretching exercises comes under yoga then yoga is science only. And gym ki velthe will know about these things.
    And about cholesterol, bad cholesterol is what we need to check and worry about. You're using it as a generic word without going in detail.

      The body will get accustomed!
      What happens when we fast for Ekadasi?
      Does that cause any inconvenience for the body?
      In facr that is good for the body for it needs some kind of rest!..
      And moreover intermittent is way more beneficial than you think!
      It infact helps us get our body some repair from the damage that we did all day and helps with lowering the insulin spikes at odd times and also burden for our liver to digest the things that we eat at those times when it needs to rest!
      You seem to be some half knowledged guy!
