Eurotram system in Strasbourg, France. Notice the low floors, possible by some interesting bogies. Slow, but frequent headways of about 2 mins. Trams are Alstom "Citadis" models.

The Strasbourg tram system is brilliant! And seeing L'Homme de Fer brought back so many memories of my visit there. Every city should have something like this.

The bogies obviously differ from those used on Variotrams (actually not bogies at all). Where could I find pictures or specifications?

yes it is, travellers need to valide their ticket through a machine placed at the tram station, and there is no machines on the tram. Thus every one can get into the tram easily. But sometimes there are controllers who enter the trams without precaution and the fee for fare evasion is quite high.

I have travelled in many Trams but I Strasbourg's Trams are the best.

Thanks, I did not have time to get all of my facts right about the trams, I will try to find out the exact models of each and put it in the notes. Meantime the station at 3:27 is indeed "L'home de Fer".
