    Thank you so much Bro, Im from Hanoi, Vietnam. I graduated from TAFE South Australia with a Diploma degree in 2008. My major is Software Development, but I study in Vietnam. Now I am trying to find a programmer job in South Australia, and I hope that someday in the future I can have visas for working in Australia. Thank you for sharing. Best wish to you Bro.

    "If a candidate has finished an ICT Major course that is NOT strongly relevant to the job of software programming, it is required to have 4 years of relevant job experience.."
    I studied MSci in Chemistry but have 2 years experience as a software developer, where do I fit amongst these qualifications?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      With an MSci degree in Chemistry and 2 years of software development experience, you may not meet the typical requirement of 4 years for immigration to Australia as a Software Programmer. However, eligibility for skilled migration visas in Australia depends on various factors, including points-based assessment. It's advisable to consult with a registered migration agent or immigration expert to evaluate your specific situation and explore your immigration options.

    Thank you so much for much needed and detailed video, I am a tad confused about my case, I have three year diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Pakistan and since last six years I have been working in the Software Development industry with continuous promotions, also currently pursuing ADP in CS (last semester is left), not quite sure if should do RPL or in ACS I have chances, can you please provide some suggestion as per you research? That would be very helpful, thank you.

      You have a few options for your skills assessment in Australia. You can try the ACS Skills Assessment with your diploma and work experience, or if your diploma isn't recognized, consider the RPL route by showcasing your practical experience. It's best to check ACS's specific requirements and consult with them or a migration agent for personalized guidance based on your qualifications and goals.

    What are the chances of getting Software Developer / Programmer visa in Australia with 65 points because i have 2 years of experience and need to wait 1 year for securing 5 points in case of 3+ years of experience. I mean are they continuosly facing skill shortage in coming years for developers because if i spend more years for 5 years of experience to get 10 points may be close the visa for this category.
    Thanks

      Achieving a minimum of 65 points is a requirement for many skilled visas in Australia. While this score meets the minimum threshold, it doesn't guarantee an invitation to apply. Your chances depend on various factors, including the demand for your occupation, which can fluctuate. Software developers and programmers have been in demand, but the situation can change over time. Increasing your points by gaining more work experience or improving English proficiency can enhance your prospects. Staying updated on immigration policies and considering state nomination options are also essential. To maximize your chances, it's advisable to consult with a migration agent for personalized guidance based on your situation.
