yes its completly legal because the creator of the game did not make most of the stuff shown in the video its a sandbox mod for half life 2 it also lets users submit files for the game meaning all(maybe all) is legal as long as u dont bittorrent or downlaod the game through a torrent the game is legal (sorry if i spelt a lot wrong)
