I agree with Julia, this house has a nice layout and is well-thought of. I also agree that Julia is indeed the queen of house tours. She really knows what she's talking abt, plus wala siya namimiss out na detail ng bahay. She's not your typical house tour host na basta lang nagbebenta ng bahay, it feels like she's also educating you. Napaka-amazing na tao. Kudos!

The storage space are perfect for linen closet and such. I love love the layout, very well thought. Even the hallways are wide. What I love the most are the staff quarters, that's the first thing I always consider whenever you present a house tour. If the staff quarters are too small for comfort... Then it's a NO for me. Helpers should be comfortable when resting and not sleep in a tiny room as though they're animals. Happy and well rested staff means cleaner house and more efficient work.
Very nice design! I love that it has an elderly room with its own ensuite at the Ground level and it has a door that you can lock between the main kitchen and the daily kitchen.... the helpers won't have access inside during nightime or when you are on a trip. I think this is my favorite... but I can't afford it😁😊
My ghaaaaddd!! Easily my favorite modern house from presello! Super nice ng house and considering the size, location and quality of this house, I think the price is justifiable. I feel so inspired now. Someday, I'll own a beautiful house such as this one.

Another spacious modern family home, it's very nice Miss Julia
Very well thought out and efficient architectural design. Also, the drivers room was provided with a decent space and has a normal room access which is usually being taken for granted by other developers. The only dislike is the MRT/LRT like column and beam projecting towards the main gate. The beam should had been terminated near the balcony and design as a cantilever.

Very good floor plan. Such a huge space and a lot of storage space. Very nice din yung staff quarters, very decent hindi masikip. One thing i don't like are the windows, the designs doesn't allow more airflow from the outside. You need to use aircon always. 👌

Dahil kahit anong ganda ng house kung ang drainage ay palpak or hindi gumagana, panget parin at walang kuwenta.

Ganda ng house. Kumpleto at generous lahat ng space. Second floor definitely could've had another bedroom instead of 2 storage rooms but it's nice as it is. Buti may operable windows sa living room, sayang yung ganung kalalaking bintana kung sarado lang.
So huge and nice but it has a lot of storages. Parang sayang yong ibang spaces.☺️

I love that the kitchen has a picture window. This is definitely worth the price.
I don’t have top houses, I didn’t rank them since I became a fan of Presello. But I do have top parts(of a house) from the toured houses. And the living room of this house arguably, for me, beats the living room of House Tour 170. Love the living rooms with high ceiling and lots of windows. ❤️

To be honest, I love this house. As an architect and developer in LA, my only comments is the Master bathroom and wardrobe closet should be a lot bigger, and not a fan of awning style windows. This house should be sitting in a 700 sm lot with a pool.
BTW, am looking for a 700-800sm lot area in White Plains, PhilAm Village or preferably any decent neighborhood in QC.

I've observed that there are still things you really need to improve, such as: the camera man should always focus on what Julia is pointing out so the viewers can also see the details and such. Just saying bcs I've been watching your videos and there's a lot of things the camera man has been missing out.
