Btw, those of you wanting to use your prayer language..so, All you really need to do if you are already a Christian, and you believe in Jesus, is to ask. Ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit. After that, when you worship God, you should by faith, say out loud what you "hear" in your spirit( those words/thoughts that seem to just pop into your mind). Even if it seems like nothing, or like some baby talk, speak it out, and just keep at it every day. Over time, the more you use your gift, the more it will grow. Hope this helps someone.

I'm in Brazil right now and I'm speaking, singing and understanding in tongues, but I had the same 4 words over and over again. It was in Portuguese and very old Portuguese that is, it translate: You are Holy I love you. First I was thinking it was God speaking to me, but now I realize the Holy Spirit is speaking this for me, to God! Like the Saints in heaven. Never think, why I'm a speaking the same thing over and over again. My own tongues are without a limit but sometimes it's oke to pray the same 4 words over and over again. God wants to be glorified. Thank you for both your faithfulness. I struggled making eye contact with my earthly father and have been thinking about that recently. I don’t want to have a ‘no eye contact’ relationship with my Heavenly Father. And when Corey prayed for eye contact I just broke.

Praying in the spirit is what the Word calls speaking in " tongues". We first speak in " tongues" as the result of the Holy Spirit baptism. You pray fervently for the Lord to fill you with the Holy Spirit until He answers your prayer and He does so( You will know when it happens) Then just open your mouth and relax your tongue until the Holy Spirit takes control of it, " tames" it, and enables you to speak in the spiritual language that in English we call "tongues". After that you can pray in the spirit anything you want.

When I began to say to God before, “Let Your will be done Lord, not of my own. Let my own will and desires be taken away and nail it on the cross so you could resurrect your will and purpose. My identity is Christ alone, because I belong to you Father. “ then that moment everything has changed. God filled me with his Holy Ghost. I have not known yet most His of words as I was just born again. I begin to read and read His Words, testimonies and watching videos who are spirit filled people like Isaiah. Then I started to know the gift of God. Then I ask the Lord to activate this gift to me which is praying in tongue. Don’t give up when you pray to Jesus to ask for this gift. Took me a months before I received this but I never give up because It is by faith you will receive it. If you have doubt then you won’t receive it. God will move when he sees your heart. After I started to speak in tongue little by little, I doubted first because I can’t do the same people did when they pray. But thank God He leads me to this anointed people for me to stop doubting and just believe it. So now I can pray in the spirit.

I just scrolled up on this title about prayer and it blessed my soul. I prayed and asked God to take me to another level of my praying in tongues and I felt the Power of the Holy Ghost all over me. God is so faithful. He hears us when we pray and he answers!!!
I received Jesus in 1998 and i received Holy Spirit on Feb.4th 2004 , i wanted so much ,saw it in other believers at church in China where i lived for 20 years and i asked God to give me The baptism of Holy Spirit ,and i act on it, i sat and i said God i sm going to open my mouth and speak...and i started to pray in tongues just as i prayed.thr baptism of Holy Spirit is a gift that the Father is giving His children,HALLELUJAH!
The Lord deliverd me from the strong hold of addiction from participating in this video I tried many years to quit my vices but God broke it off me within a short period of time from pressing into the Holy Spirit and speaking to my addiction in the name of Jesus leave and it left HALLELUJAH
The more I'm listening to this, I'm thinking we need to go back to this... JS it's confirmation! If you only knew the amazing spiritual places God has done by learning to pray in the spirit. Your mind would be blown away. Especially in intercession. There are no depths in the spiritual that your flesh couldn't fathom.

I'm in Brazil right now and I'm speaking, singing and understanding in tongues, but I had the same 4 words over and over again. It was in Portuguese and very old Portuguese that is, it translate: You are Holy I love you. First I was thinking it was God speaking to me, but now I realize the Holy Spirit is speaking this for me, to God! Like the Saints in heaven. Never think, why I'm a speaking the same thing over and over again. My own tongues are without a limit but sometimes it's oke to pray the same 4 words over and over again. God wants to be glorified. I don't know if someone needed to hear this but I wanted to share it.

I just send this video to my friend and she told me she's been thinking about religion(christianity) and that she's just getting back at reading the bible again when I send her this. I have been working on my faith too and today I have this urge of wanting to send her a video like this. God's timing is so amazing. Man this convicted me. I struggled with sin but tried to hold on to God and needed this to get me desperate. I am a prayer warrior at heart and know that’s my calling but I needed to know that my purpose is worth more than allowing the devil to shame me over some crap I messed up on. Thank you for both your faithfulness. I struggled making eye contact with my earthly father and have been thinking about that recently. I don’t want to have a ‘no eye contact’ relationship with my Heavenly Father. And when Corey prayed for eye contact I just broke.

Praying in the spirit is what the Word calls speaking in " tongues". We first speak in " tongues" as the result of the Holy Spirit baptism.
You pray fervently for the Lord to fill you with the Holy Spirit until He answers your prayer and He does so( You will know when it happens)
Then just open your mouth and relax your tongue until the Holy Spirit takes control of it, " tames" it, and enables you to speak in the spiritual language that in English we call "tongues".
After that you can pray in the spirit anything you want.

Diana Haidar hello Diana, First you have to surrender everything to Lord Jesus Christ with faith. Read the scriptures and pray to Holy Spirit for divine revelation. When I began to say to God before, “Let Your will be done Lord, not of my own. Let my own will and desires be taken away and nail it on the cross so you could resurrect your will and purpose. My identity is Christ alone, because I belong to you Father. “ then that moment everything has changed. God filled me with his Holy Ghost. I have not known yet most His of words as I was just born again. I begin to read and read His Words, testimonies and watching videos who are spirit filled people like Isaiah. Then I started to know the gift of God. Then I ask the Lord to activate this gift to me which is praying in tongue. Don’t give up when you pray to Jesus to ask for this gift. Took me a months before I received this but I never give up because It is by faith you will receive it. If you have doubt then you won’t receive it. God will move when he sees your heart. After I started to speak in tongue little by little, I doubted first because I can’t do the same people did when they pray. But thank God He leads me to this anointed people for me to stop doubting and just believe it. So now I can pray in the spirit.
