I never had any luck with the poison knife cheese against Micolash, after two or three knives he always leaves that area. What ai have had success with is Molotov Cocktails and once I run out of those, I use Bone Marrow Ash on my Gunshots with the Pistol and it will kill him outright after several shots. For some reason he doesn't mind getting shot over and over lol. I hate that fight, especially the 2nd phase with A Call to Beyond spam over and over.

What was the point of opening up Iosefka's clinic? What do you get if you kill her versus not killing her? Sorry about the questions, I have not played a lot of bloodborne.
There's different outcomes of what happens to her depending on the phase of the moon. If you go to the clinic when the full moon is up, but there's no blood moon, she'll be sane enough where she will try and kill you when you go into the clinic. If you go after you kill Rom and the blood moon is unleashed, she will be laying on a table in a birthing position where you can kill her freely. If you kill her at this point, she will give you One third of an Umbilical cord. Do this before the blood moon and she won't give you the cord. You can explore the rest of the clinic to get the summons invitation to go to an optional area called Cainhurst castle.
Aside from all of the above, not really much of a point, seeing as you don't really visit that area at that point in the game. Really, opening her front door from the back is just so you can go use the clinic lamp and not backtrack all the way lol
@@MegaBlair007 even then, you can't do that until the blood moon phase. If you open the door and then go back to the dream and go back again, the door will be closed again because she'll close it on you. The only way to have it open permanently is to kill her in either moon phase.
@@fjorgyn7438 if you kill her early you get Oedon Writhe 2, which gives 2 bullets on any visceral or 8 on orphan... pretty great rune... pairs VERY well with arcane or blood builds... add in rapture (3 from the bloody crow) and you steal hp too
