i met someone recently who called his wife his anchor because she grounded him and pulled him out of a destructive lifestyle and I said humans don't make good anchors ...that is, not only because we can be undependable (fallen, in a fallen world) but because we are not eternal.. what if he should outlive her.. Does he go back to his destructive ways.. I told him Jesus is our anchor and God is the one that brought them together and He deserves the praise

The following is Scriptural proof who Jesus really is and that He is much more than just the Son of God.
Paul said in Galatians 1:12 that he was not taught by any man but was taught by Jesus himself which means whatever Paul said was what Jesus told him to say. Paul said in 1 Timothy 3:16,"AND WITHOUT CONTROVERSY GREAT IS THE MYSTERY OF GODLINESS, GOD was manifest in the FLESH (Jesus), justified in the SPIRIT, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, and received up into glory."
Paul said in 2 Corinthians 3:17,"Now the LORD IS THAT SPIRIT, and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty." Jesus is speaking in Revelation 2:7,"He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says to the churches...." And Paul said in Ephesians 4:4, "For there is one body, ONE SPIRIT....verse 5 ONE LORD, ONE Faith and ONE BAPTISM."
Paul said in Colossians 2:8-10,"Beware lest any man fool you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 FOR IN HIM DWELLS ALL THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD BODILY." Jesus is not just part of the Godhead - Jesus IS the Godhead.
Paul said in Hebrews 1:8,"But unto the SON he said, Thy throne O GOD is forever and ever...." Jesus said in Revelation 21:6-7,"And he said unto me (John) it is done, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I (Jesus) will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of life freely. 7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his GOD, and he shall be my SON."
Paul said in Titus 2:13, "Looking for that blessed hope, and glorious appearance of the great GOD and our SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST."
1 John 5:20,"And we know that the SON of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his SON Jesus Christ, THIS IS THE TRUE GOD, AND ETERNAL LIFE."
Isaiah 9:6,"For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son (Jesus) is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER, ..." Jesus said in Revelation 1:8, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, which was, and is to come, THE ALMIGHTY." Jesus said in Revelation 2:7, "He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says unto the Churches....."
Jesus said in Mark 16:16, "He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be saved, but he that believes not shall be damned." Jesus addressed what damned means in Luke 16:19-31, Matthew 13:42, Matthew 25:41, Mark 9:45-46, Revelation 20:15, and Revelation 21:8.
Jesus said in Matthew 28:19, "Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not names) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Every time Jesus disciples baptized anyone in water they invoked Jesus name at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Peter said in Acts 4:12, "Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is NONE OTHER NAME under heaven given among men whereby we must be SAVED."
Some say the thief on the cross next to Jesus was not Baptized yet Jesus told him he would be with him that day in Paradise. Jesus had not yet given the COMMANDMENT to be Baptized in His Name until after he rose from the dead and just before he ascended into heaven. The thief or anyone else could not have been Baptized in His Name because they did not know about it. There is not one scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example.
If you are convinced you need to get Baptized in water in Jesus name and get Baptized with the Holy Ghost - which is addressed in Acts 2:4 (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5. Do a search, type in "United Pentecostal Church International", slightly scroll down to just below the red box, and type in your zip code. Then a screen will show a Church nearest you that will do that.
If you do the above you will be making SURE your name is written in the Lamb's Book Of Life.
Jesus said in John 10:27,"My Sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."

Those alcoholic for 25 years I was listening to her for a couple decades now I got a and 34 days clean and sober she helped me a lot and still is a Michael cover 51 years old homeless and Bethlehem PA since July 11th and I got out of rehab. Quakertown has 78 days clean when I got out now I got 134 days clean and sober

I love your talks because you are direct. I do disagree with your bathroom comment. If you need to go, go. Even if it's in the middle of a talk. Not everyone can afford depends or chooses to use them due to environmental reasons. Some people have overactive bladders. I've learned through your ministry that we need to be mature I've heard that word a lot from you not sure we need to be mature as little babies we drink milk and we need to be mature we eat Savannah we need to represent ourselves as such little babies have no direction and they're going nowhere because they're too little to know so we have to be mature I had a hard time facing that after my experience as a child with my own father doing what he did I remained a child so then I realized I had to make sure and to be more attentive to the key and that is the holy Bible and to stay tuned to what his word say he wouldn't have written them if he didn't want us to know about it until the baby
