I also had a friend like this in HS. Super cool guy. We used to walk around, arms around each other's shoulders, very touchy and pretty much like Keeno and Jonty. Also had the "are they gay" rumor. Most of them didn't know that we became close coz he was the only friend that showed up after my father died. He picked me up after school to go around and have fun, essentially keeping me from sinking. You see, he also lost his father at an early age and he admitted he didn't want me to feel alone. We still keep in touch now. He's a policeman and has a beautiful fam of his own. Kier, love you bro!

Their friendship reminds me of someone I used to be friends with back then. We were also best friends.. I dont know what happened. I dont know how did we end up like this. I guess some friends really just meant to grow apart.
To the person who used to be my best friend back in high school, i miss you. I dont know how we drifted apart, what happened? we were inseparable. My high school life wouldnt be memorable without you. We made so much memories.. kahit 50 pesos na lang natitira sa baon natin, we make sure we go out after school to eat. I miss our random galas, our kwentuhan while walking from school to my house. Hanggang ngayon, I still wonder how did we end up not talking anymore. We just literally stopped talking, and that makes me sad. Naalala ko pa dati pag pag uuwi ako sa province, both of us are always excited kasi it only means that we’ll get the chance to catch up with each other. Seeing this AGAIN makes me sad. Basically their situation is like my situation with my also "ex" bestfriend hahaha idk why its hurts pero damn! I was surprised this was the content. This has been popping up on my feed. I felt every bit what keeno has said. It’s the society talaga.
Many good friendship between guys were lost just because of the judgment put into it. Had my personal experiences na wala naman talaga as in naging close kayo but ayun nga nasira because of the people around.
Sad to see na even if they are friends now, they can never regain what was lost already. I can really sense Keeno’s somehow guilt or panghihinayang bcoz of the ruined bestfriend relationship and kay other guy who have seemed to have moved on from the pain that it caused him nung they started to drift apart bcoz someone told Keeno na layuan siya.

come on people, wag kayo mag hugas ng kamay, these things happen everyday and everywhere, may it be at school, workplace, malls, everywhere, these things really do happen, and you know what's the worst part is? Yung ibang gays couldn't keep it for themselves, they tend to say it out loud and gossip it with their circle of friends, talking behind a person's back, sometimes nga pinaparinig pa nila intentionally mismo sa lalaki na hinuhusgahan nila, tapos pa tawa2 pa kasama friends nila like they really intend to shame someone just because they act softer than most guys. You know why I could say this? cause I have seen it happening through the years, since highschool, college, and in the office where I work, I just tend to be silent about the matter, but deep inside, I disgust those kind of people, how could they be so judgemental with someone whom they have never known personally or someone who could possibly also be confused about themselves? Being gay themselves, shouldn't you be the most sensitive about the topic of getting judged since you've gone through the same experience? it's actually really sad. I'm saying this cause sometimes people doesn't realize things unless they were told to. just my two cents...

@@armegrande9525 Lol. Just so you know, just in case hindi mo alam, part ng society ang LGBT community. Totoo naman sinabi mo, pero you're making it seem like kasalanan lang ng mga bakla to. A lot of people, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, guilty sa toxic masculinity. Hindi judgemental ang isang tao dahil part siya ng isang komunidad. Judgemental ang isang tao dahil sa character niya. So blame the person, not the sexual orientation or gender identity.
This is relatable in the since that people find it hard to maintain and cultivate the friendship they've found especially to both men. Friendship is crucial and just like any other things, it needs cultivation in order to be nurtured and to become healthy. I might sound weird but I'd rather be misjudged by the society than to loose my very best friend. Di man Namin inamin sa isa't Isa, we both know the value of each other and we both know we missed each other over in a long period na Hindi kami reconnected sa isa't isa.
