That crosshair is pretty dynamic and and is sensitive to the slighest movement, it even has a dot for precision aiming. He can read exactly what his spread is gonna look like with the added benefit of having that dot for headshotting. The resolution is also a good choice as it reduces how much screen space he needs to keep track of. The less he needs to move his eyes, the quicker he can register what is in front of him as well his peripheral. Smart guy.

That crosshair isn't that bad. Other games have it and I've used it before. As long as the enemy is inside the circle in the middle, you're hitting them. It's good because it shows exactly where you need to aim, thats why it shinks when you crouch or move.
If it didnt work it wouldnt be a crosshair at all. Thats supposed to be for new players to learn so it makes sense a pro who understands the mechanics of the game frags out. Every part of that crosshair technically serves a learning purpose even down to the fact its dynamic.
If you wait to follow the dynamic movement of the cross hair as a pro, you will never kill anyone. The cross hair isn't supposed to help you adapt to the spray but they teach you when the spray accuracy is fix

Like I said, it's not ideal, but it's good to learn on. It teaches that you're inaccurate if the crosshair isn't still. It gives you a square to put heads inside of, a dot for first shot accuracy and crosshairs for placement. The worst thing for that crosshair is nade line ups, which is moot because they gave us all a new nade crosshair. The reason that's the default crosshair is undoubtedly because during play testing, new players seemed to adapt quicker on it.
Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with the crosshair. It's easier to fit a head inside a box than it is to fit a dot over someones head, and in a game where being able to flick on someone is key, having a bigger aim area like that would make things easier

He is lining up the box with the other characters heads and make sure it's more accurate he uses the black wire screen to make a screen smaller so that way his crosshair box is smaller making the box perfectly line up with the people's head meaning as long as he has that box on your character's head will most likely hit it every time😂

In CS:GO Automatic weapons each have their own unique recoil pattern and not a random spread like other shooters.
