The first week of November I flew to Colorado (again) to see Ice Nine Kills perform an acoustic set at The Historic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park where Stephen King was inspired to write The Shining.
I couldn't miss this, because this was a historic moment for Ice Nine Kills and they're my favorite band.
I also went to their metal show in Denver the following day and I was front row and also filmed the entire set.

I'm confused. Ricky is playing the bass, but in some of INK's recentish lives he's on guitar and Joe is the bass player. When did they switch?
Wolffe Gamer13 Ricky was always their guitar player, I think him and Joe just switched for this show
@@roanobrien Ohh. Okay. I thought something like that happened. But now I think they switch for their acoustic shows because I've seen some pictures of acoustic shows where Ricky is playing the bass.
@@WolffeGamer13 Joe does a lot of singing in this show. It's not easy to play bass and sing at the same time (if you're not used to it), maybe that's why they switched with Ricky.

So I just realized about 20 minutes in Spencer started talking about if they were to go back to all the tricks in the book and write a song about another song for it now it would be American Psycho and now just like a week ago they released the song about American Psycho! Can you say sneaky foreshadowing
I believe for this new album it’s going to be all based off horror movies again as well, but I would love to see them do another album based off famous literature like Every Trick In The Book. 🔥

Ahh I love them so much! I saw them back in November in Mass and it was such a great show, it was a lot of fun and of course I had to grab a piece of confetti at the end! But if I had to pick one song for them to bring back it would be Last Words, my all time favorite! I loved the vid, the acoustic of Enjoy Your Slay was awesome!

thanks to my best friend i heard of the band ice nine kills and really i love them maybe a bit to late in 2021 but hey does that matter i just love the songs and the acoustic and the normal versions i am glad that my best friend told me about them and made me a fan

@@KingersWorldI’ve first found out about INK from my brother and he took me to my first concert which was “warped 13” and I got to see them live for the first time and then watched them from 2013 when I was 11 up to now (when they tour locally) and you’re not wrong at all they are a extremely talented band. And Spencer is overall a very talented person 🔥🔥🫱🏽🫲🏼

Whoever gave Spencer a chair for this set....bad call haha. He looked like he was imprisoned by his seat and wanted to move around. Since he doesn't normally play an instrument he looks kind of off just sitting in front of a mic
It was meant to be an acoustic, very small show. Pretty normal for bands to do those this way.

Almost all my concert videos seem that way. I get that comment all the time. For some reason it never picks up the crowd very well. 🤷🏽♂️
