thanks for uploading fauxie !! i don't know if you speak Japanese, but if you don't, how do you find all this ringo content? i'm having a difficult time finding interviews & such due to everything being mostly in Japanese; google translate is an option of course but the automated translations don't typically translate well back into English. is there some sort of shiina-ringo-dedicated translator or archive out there ?
You're welcome, and no, unfortunately, my Japanese language abilities stretch no further than basic speaking/listening vocab skills I learned 10 years ago that I'm gradually forgetting. It'd be great if we had something like you mentioned, but I'm not aware of anything like that. I'd love to be able to get all the TV show bits and pieces translated, say everybody in a community chipping in a dollar each or something for some kind, skilled soul to better allow fans to get inside the Ringo mind. I stumble on most of the text stuff I find, often when searching for images, actually, going hither and thither across the internet.

As for 'Instinct', there have been live versions we might place along a spectrum from a bit harder, more rock at one end, pop towards the middle, and then jazz at the other end. This is surely the most jazz she's ever played it. Unfortunately, there's no official release with this nor any similar style performance (that I can think of) of the song on it.
