Ghee Dhal || Very healthy and tasty

  • How to cook Ghee moong dal for kids.
    First make moong dal paste for that you need to add 2 cup of water with little turmeric power and cook for 3 whistles in cooker.
    Put pan and add 2 spoons for Desi Ghee - you can add more if you love to have ghee taste.
    Add 1 spoon of jira and cook for a min
    Add 3 green chillies - if your kids dont like spicy pls add only 2.
    once Jira and green chili fries well, add the moong dhal paste and cook well.
    Add required slat and little sugar for a taste.
    Stir it well and cook for 2 min on a low flame.
    Your delicious Ghee Dhal is ready for serive.
    Add this ghee dhal with Rice and give it to your loved one's. They will really enjoy and its healthy too.
