Why changing to wolf at Sleeper place and then turning back quickly as dialogue end is not glitch? They are not aggressive to you so u can stab all hearts for free.
Basically because it's not explicitly banned by the ruleset and Blackhuf, the only other guy who really does these kind of runs, really wanted it to remain allowed.
