I tweaked this recipe ever so slightly with some Parsley and I've got to say, this is my favorite bread I've ever made. My entire house smells like an italian bistro and the bread is absolutely phenomenal. Cannot recommend it enough.

Thanks for this, been making this for a few months ( minus the parmesan ..diet issues ) .Getting better results as I'm learning to tweak things a little bit.For some some reason I need to keep it in oven for about say 28 minutes to get it done enough .Im planning to start making this doubling ingredients so i can have the bread longer. The last one i made was so good i ate it all in one day 😂 Thanks for writing out all the ingredients and instructions. 0:00

This was the easiest recipe and it was soooooo good! I made four loaves yesterday and it was a hit! It was a hit! I had no dried Rosemary so I minced up 1 tablespoon of fresh for the 1 teaspoon of dried..it turned out beautifully...Thank you so much for the recipe...

Thinking I could make this as a single loaf in my trusty 12 cast iron pan and get a nice crispy crust! Nice to demonstrate that you don’t need expensive electric kitchen tools to make a tasty bread. Like this one, sounds delish.

Ohhh my!!! I have used this recipe four times and every time it turns out amazing! I used Italian seasonings with extra rosemary and oregano, and each time I used different kinds of shredded cheeses. Everyone at home and work raves about them and they are becoming a big requested food to bring! Thank you sooo much for this recipe! Best when warm so the cheese is melted more and the garlic tastes lighter. When it’s cooled the garlic is much more pronounced Atleast I think so. Such a fun recipe and so many ways to make it your own!! Thank you!!

Thanks for NOT using a stand mixer. I do have one but it's such a hassle to get out. I feel like I'm accomplishing more when I do things by hand. I'm definitely trying this tomorrow. My daughter made it tonight and her family ate every bit of it, so that tells me something.

I made this bread for the first time two weeks ago and it turned out awesome! I didn't have rosemary, I only used Italian seasoning, basil, oregano and salt I also didn't have fresh garlic cloves but I did use store bought minced garlic. I will say however that my dough wasn't crispy done in 18-20mins like you suggested mine took about 35-40 mins for that. Was it because I could've possibly used too much of an ingredient? I let it rise the appropriate time before baking! Thanks for your feedback👍

Look up peasant bread.. super easy and you can make it in a flat cake pan instead of like this bread and add fresh herbs on top with olive oil and it makes it so crispy and soft inside. I got my recipe off TikTok and loved it!

I made it today, my second loaf of bread ever, and I liked it. I didn't split the dough in two, I left it as one loaf. I expected it to be larger than it was, but maybe it didn't rise more due to cooler house temp? Idk, but the center is very soft and I'll be making it again.

Probably the yeast and rise time. Try proofing the yeast first I find it gives a better rise.I also let the second rise go a little bit longer than 15 min because it depends on your yeast and temperature you might need more time.
