The thing that I'm wondering is that, even if Elisa had managed to climb that fire escape, and HAD been able to make her way inside a (presumably) open tank, how would she have been able to completely shut herself inside (if this was of course an accident)? Like you said, the worker who found the body explained that the tank was very heavy and difficult to get open, so the same would be imagined for trying to close yourself inside of it. I don't know, it's all so strange. Another great video btw!
One more thing I wanna propose is the idea of her being murdered in a different location, like you mentioned in the video. If the autopsy didn't show any physical signs of her being killed by another person, what if she had been taken to the beach by her attacker and, unfortunately, drowned by them in the ocean. It would explain why she had those "dirt-like" particles on her body. After that, the attacker may have taken her to the water tank and placed her in there instead, to hide any evidence of her possibly drowning somewhere else. Just a theory.

Great job Adam! I believe her death was due to foul play, but as to who did it and why, no clue.
