Hell yeah Brother! Caught my first fish 6th sense flutter spoon today. Wasn’t a bass but it was a 7 pound channel cat. Still trying to catch my first bass on it but I know it will happen. Congratulations!

Love to see a video what spooks bass m, this year I have intentionally tried to be more quiet on my boat. Not sure if it helps but can hurt! Put a mic on the bottom and see what you hear, of course live scope let’s you see how they react..

Try adding a small out of ice at a time. Going from 75-80° water to an ice filled live well can shock them. Throw a few handfuls in every so often instead of putting them straight into a ice bath. Probably came back to life as that water warmed back up a bit

You need to come to lake Somerville and hit a tournament here when the water comes up right now it's very low but they have tournaments here all the time

I was watching some of your old tournaments 5y ago with Zark before live scope. Y'all did a great job and it looked like you was have more fun then.
Yep we did well then and do well now. Any time I fish with Zark is a blast, but fishing with LiveScope is substantially more fun for me 👍🏻

Ben I know you loathe spinning rods, have you considered getting you a few nice BFS setups? I have come to love mine and it makes a tough bite a whole lot more fun using an ultralight casting rod and bait caster.

I am interested in hearing why 2D sonar spooks fish yet Livescope does not. If you’re reaching out and touching those fish with a beam, odds are they can feel it and hear it through the inner ear, lateral line, etc.

Not sure exactly what that commentary on the spinning reels was. Regularly catch 100+ pound fish down here on spinning, yet have used several different 5000 grade bass reels and they all explode on the extended drag runs. Would love to use the live scope down here on the Tarpon. Not sure I would like dealing with them on the big glide baits and treble hooks, but I’m sure they would eat them like candy.
