I did a yardman cover I see you have the stands. I super glued stands on cover next day put cover in blast cabnet to rough up area from bottom then jb welded the stands on to the cover

Zero compression equals bad valve. Never saw zero wirh a head gasket, they always make some. Should be a relatively easy fix. Good luck!
