This year I finally set some boundaries and at 1st it was so uncomfortable because all I could think about is what the other person would think about me setting this boundary. It was only hurting me. Now I’m at a space where if I set a boundary with said person it is what it is! Super happy about that today!

I'm 32 and I have been a people pleaser my whole life, now I'm looking for tips to create healthy boundaries because I've been burned by people pleasing too much. I'll definitely re-watch this video a couple times so the tips sink in.

I messed up in the 'boundaries' area as a young woman and had to catch up, so to speak. Though it's never too late to pivot, I could have avoided a lot of pitfalls.
Going to try the "I don't have the bandwidth" line with my wife will report back....💀 In all seriousness great video bro, definitely some things I need to work on myself.

HEAVY on setting those boundaries and don’t be afraid to use that “Do Not Disturb” feature on your iPhone which I use faithfully when needed!
