the moment they changed it, I started loosing interest. I had Bael and Beth as first 2 nat 5's and they just ruined her skillset
I actually think she might be slightly too strong if she had both. If she had the heal block aswell then her skill 3 BY ITSELF is 90% atb reduction with no set up needed. But if she had that AND the destroy effect i think it would be too much. She would not only be an amazing set up monster (after having a stripper of course), btu she would also be damage, heavy debuffs and decent crowd control all while having good power after that with her low cd skill 2.
she wouldn't be OVER powered, but she would be very strong.

@@nimrodfilms5104 kinda depends I don't see her value before or after changes personally. Her s2 has no damage attached and a mere 35% chance to have the ability to apply a dot not counting resistance. Her s3 is alright but lackluster compared to just about every major 5* and even 4*'s out there no strip in her kit s1 is just a cycle with almost 0 utility as well I think she might have one spot on a cleave team if she got both. I still think she'd be outperformed by ethna (just a blanket example)
It's like I got a non skilled up beth to semi replace my water homu in scenario clears as I needed wind homu for giants and thats the only use I've ever had for her. Would love to unbench her
The AOA defense break and heal block with destroy HP were good already, they just needed to buff something like it doesn’t glance at all and she’d be good.
Instead of decreasing atk bar with debuffs, they should just have done that based on hp she destroyed instead.

She went from people using her for destroy to unusable, btw there are only 13 mobs now that have skill based destroy HP, gj c2us we applaud you
If you wanna use her in rta, put her on despair
Honestly i prefer violent. HOWEVER this is mostly because i run her with nephthys (even though she doesn't need a nephthys/heavy debuffer to work), and similarly to why you don't run nephthys on despair, a silence is OFTEN, but not always, essentially the same as a stun.
Violent allows her to get her skill 3 off more. Despair is still very very good though, and i do consider changing her now and then.

Despair seal is the way to go on her, since she pushes back attack bar according to debuffs

I have been using her on despair and works much better. She is also a unit to set up another damage dealer. Works great for units following up after her - I really like the change. Great against the miles raccuni comps
Just make her op : S3 becomes 3 hits and 3rd one puts heal block back - et S2 puts dots for 2 turns

My Beth never has these issues. She always lands her defense break and atk bar decrease
She would probably perform a lot better with skill ups but I miss her heal block, everyone shits on heal block until they take a good heal block aoe away
Thats why I liked Daphnis' change (yeah its old by now). Just after a break I came back, did some ToA against an AoE healer, and they couldnt heal (this was back when normal was a nightmare for me to finish, so landing all 5 unrecoverables was a lifesaver).
A lot of people still sleep on glancing (too bad Daphnis is so slow).
They wouldn't let me feed her for lds so I fed her to my Ethna as a skill up

I don't think she works really well with just random units. With the right comp she is great! And i think despair is the way to go 😊 great video, keep up the great work Sean!
She works much ebtter than i thought she would by herself though. although of course despair is good, i prefer violent, but that is mostly because of the types of teams i run. Her skill 3 can actually push back 60% atb by itself because the atb reduction is after the second hit.

Or you go to support side and make acc higher and faster or you go for dmg with decent stats for dmg... you sacrifice to much dmg stats in order to make her fast
Beth is great and her change shouldnt be reverted. Ive been climbing hard in SL with her, she should be used in a cc team, not in a bruiser or cleave. She synergizes really well with hae tomoe dark robo type comps
she works like charm in db, def break for leah and push atk bar ez db

They should gave her healblock on s2 because the skill is garbage, also the s3 should absorb attack bar… After that she could use s3 setup debuffs, absorb atk-bar and use skill two to bring the heal block on the enemys too. I think this seems bretty nice against healer.
Its like a version of a budget Asima without the big damage but more control
I skill up her like 2 years ago and I barely use her😢
Use her with despair runes, atk, cd, sp, is the best build

I rather my destroy why couldn't they add the attach bar reduce and keep the destroy. She was one of my siege/arena destroyer
for me , even if com2us dont now what to do with her since ... 4 5 years now ? that buff dont put interest ... except if u had prenium girl named nepthys ( and im sure all nepthys user never play with beth ^^ ) so yeah ... cool change but still useless for me . U want a unit 4 star can do same ( or better ? ) Truffe the dark choco knight is for you , maybe one day an hoh
no matter what com2us does, beth will always be compared to asima
That’s an unfair comparison though I feel, Asima is busted and can kill an entire team just by herself getting one turn, that’s a tough bar for almost all damage dealers to reach and isn’t Beth’s fault

She is a complete trash mon now. removing the heal block was bad enough, removing the HP destroy this was a straight up mega nerf. She was one of my 1st nat 5s and I've been using her for years, but she is going into storage now.

The destroy HP was garbage, thank god it's gone. Destroy HP is the most boring ass worthless mechanic in the world. She needs to absorb the attack bar instead of decreasing so she can set herself up. But then again her s2 is pretty garbage as well and would need a buff without buffing Asima. Idk shes in a tough spot
