I upgraded yesterday from an iPhone 10 R to the iPhone 14 Plus for my birthday and I can’t say it was worth to upgrade for a better battery and camera 😊
I wanted a 14 plus but it don't have 120hz so got ipad pro m2 11in which has 120hz and better processor than any iphones. The fun fact is in my country this ipad was $120 cheaper than 14 plus
The screen dims cuz the games graphics r taking a heavy toll on the phones battery. To compensate, it dims the brightness to try to put less stress on the battery. Games like Genshin just don’t do well on iPhone. I only play it on my PS5 cuz of this issue. Apple likes to claim their phones have improved for gaming but in reality they still really fall short.

it wasnt the auto brightness the phone was throttling because it couldnt handle the game and was getting hot so it dimmed the brightness
