I had to give up Adobe After Effects because of their forever annual charge of $800 for a lot of software I didn't need. Now as a retired engineer, I turned to Opentoonz but nearly went crazy understanding flawed videos put up by most other "experts". I am using Affinity Photo to load image files into Opentoonz. Your work has given me new hope and a possible part time career. Please continue this community service which I'm sure will grow quickly a big viewer response.
Great tutorial. Could you share that rigged character only for testing the software ofc. ? I was wondering how far can you go with rigged characters when comparing to Toon boom for example. Like how efficiently use plastic tools and how to use sub-xsheets for your advantage for those kind of rigs.
