could we assume there was a live Barista type using your example whats on the Barista side of the call ? i dont understand where the call is originating from. Or how it could be set up to originate from a phone system ?
The Functions in this video don’t do much so I didn’t include them. However, if you’re interested in seeing how to build this out further, I made this video: th-cam.com/video/fZVsRlBRWqM/w-d-xo.html
This is great tutorial, but I think that a better tutorial would be one that gives us a walkthrough of the dashboard, what the building blocks/elements are and their functionalities (or perhaps somewhere we can get the resources).
Good tutorial until I got lost at Function URL "Coffee Order"... I don't know how to make one. EDIT: Anyways I got this to work, further Details are in the description of the video to get this working. DON'T FORGET TO CLICK "PUBLISH" ABOVE THE FLOW CHART OR IT WILL NOT WORK.
This video is out of date. I opened a p1 critical ticket. This project was supposed to be done yesterday, but nothing actually works as expected. I did everything that this video suggested. Opened 2 support tickets, posted two stackoverflow posts, and I wrote a basic python program to handle this simple task of sending questions. This is completely unprofessional.
Apparently, this is all changed in 2022, since I no longer have many of these options. It's disappointing that you don't have relevant videos for basic needs.
That drag n drop facility is speechless. very smooth demo.
will you add more function? Like make outbound calls by trigger?
How did you receive the call on the emulator at @7:08 ?
2:10 If you’re looking for the code to log the drink, go to 6:30
Can you also code like 5 minutes in between text message reply to make it more realistic

this was awesome! thank you! you taught about 2 years of college in 7 mins
you went to collage for 2 years to learn that?
Is this what they teach in your college?
I followed the steps but still don't get the desired results. The phone number doesn't respond anything..
Is there accompanying code for the functions in this video? Thanks.

Thank you, been looking for this.

am i able to connect incoming text messages to my database and customize replies & actions by the incoming user mobile number?
Now if you could just integrate stripe so I could charge for the coffee (your lightbulb should have just gone off!) ?
Since you are sending the same text messages over and over, won't this long code get blocked by carriers if your volume is high enough?
What software was used to emulate the iOS experience?
Smartface helps
Is there no simulation
