Wild caught and never Atlantic. Farm raised has so many more chemicals and problems. Atlantic just isn't worth it.
Always Wild Caught !!! Farm raised are fed garbage and raised in overcrowded ponds
So simple delicious and healthy, i can only imagine how much this would cost in a restaurant, this is a fraction of that cost, im heading to Aldi right now for the ingredients, my grandson is 9mo old and ill be cooking and teaching for him as soon as he's older

I use this marinade for turkey breast too. But add 1 teaspoon of Westchestershire there, 1 teaspoon of oregano and thyme

That recipe looks like a keeper! ❤
Always always use thr lemon zest. Never waste the zest. And you should put the lemon slices under the fish not on top. They always come out charred and just not good. Under the fish it steams the lemon juice into the fish and makes a nice lemon butter sauce if you add butter.
@@Natashaskitchen Even when I've over cooked it at 165 internal temp it stays moist. I aim for 125- 135F but I've had a few mess ups and thought damn it's ruined. Nope still great. I recently started using Mccormick Montreal chicken seasoning to cod and salmon. Omg S&P onion powder lemon slices & garlic and the seasoning. Everyone has been liking it more than my norm.
This is the only salmon recipe my kids will eat. So incredibly tender and juicy. We sometimes will wrap the salmon in foil to cook on the grill to keep the salmon smell out of our home. It still comes out perfect every time.
