Buried central heating pipes in the wall, how to ready them for hanging radiator.

This video shows how to ready central heating pipes which are buried into the wall. The connection for the radiator needs to come out horizontal to go into the radiator. Plastic pipe is used in the wall and copper pipe is used outside. Sand and cement is use to block the hole made in the wall.

No pipe inserts and plastering in push fit fittings in a plaster wall in this manner is totally incorrect.
