RM had death threats at the time so they had to cancel all activities, even their concert.

yeah i remember that in one of the intro vids. So sad.
They were there for Jongkook's MIDDLE school graduation too. That's how young he started. He was either 13 or probably 14 when he became a trainee. He's 23 now. And there is so much in him that comes from the other members--mannerisms, performing, etc. I don't think he is fully his own person yet. And I think that's why he was saying some of the things he did.
I know this is probably late but I just saw your comment. I think that he is his own person. He talks about growing up without even noticing it. I think that it's because the members are around him. They are older and have experienced more things so they've became a great influence. He seemed happy when he talked about how he feels like a combination of the other members. I don't think that means he isn't his own person but that they have influenced him greatly. They all have something they took from each other. I think for Jungkook it's probably more because he's the youngest and they all take care of him. Sorry this was so long💜🤟🏾

Been away too long so glad to be back. Nice reaction. Have not seen this video. It really packs a punch. I know Jin shared he is depressed in his bday vlive and he came out with a new song Abyss. I was kind of surprised. I know Jimin, RM and Suga have shared about their mental health in the past. Hobi shared recently about mental health in BE and V as well. But I was not aware of Jin. I am sad for him. I hope he talks about it and gets support. I dealt with depression and its not fun state to be in. RM had death threats so they had to cancel concerts and Jimin had threats too in the past. Terrible. It's a trauma and it can totally affect you mentally. Its the same with all celebs, we put them on a pedestal, but really they're human beings just like we are, except they have a talent that not all of us possess and people know who they're, Apart from that they are really just like us human beings. I love BTS cause not only they're extremely talented, but they are humble despite their fame, down to earth not above themselves like some celebs can be & love BTS for that, just simply being themselves. 💜💜💜

They had to cancel the performance because of a threat against Namjoon
Jimin is not insecure about his voice anymore. The footage of him talking about that is from years ago but he has since come to realize that he has no reason to be insecure about his singing. He wrote his song Promise reflecting his want to embrace himself.

i think the one time when they canceled the show 'because of joon' it was because he got a de*th threat. i could be wrong though. but i do know that they have canceled a show because of that reason. and it just makes me so sad

Y’all I started crying 😭. They have struggled so much . They are human just like us who have mental breakdowns , fights, etc) I hope they know that we are here for them no matter what happens.
Bts is one of the first groups that openly started to talk about mental health issues and then they started the Love Yourself campaign against violence against young people.
Thank you for saying therapy is beautiful. It's still so stigmatised and everyone should be aware that mental health and physical health are essentially the same: When you're hurt, you need to see a doctor. No matter if your body is hurt or your mind.
I love BTS because they are very honest and truthful with their emotions and feelings with ARMY

im a broke ARMY from Philippines.. BE album cost 1/4 of my 1month salary but i order it anyway as a way of thanking them for making me happy everyday through their music and other video clips and ofcourse for spreading positivity around the World.. its my first time in my 31 years of existence ordering an album and i would really treasure it coz its an album that is very personal for them.. so thankful i found them exactly when i needed them the most.. i lost 5 important person in my life in different situation this year but BTS gives me strength to live on, that everything will be fine💜

Believe it or not. Thousand of ARMY literally saved by their songs. I’m one of them. I still struggling with my depression but when I was in the most of the bottom of my sorrow, I just sit and listen to their songs. That’s how powerful BTS to ARMY’s life.
It was actually one meal per day, that video confuses fans. Jimin mentioned it a couple times before. Besides, one might survive without eating for 10 days, but not Jimin with his intense training.
I'm literally crying rn. Those struggles and hardships has been payed coz look at them now. They deserve everything 💜💜💜

*▶▶▶DYLAN* The *ONLY* reason Jimin went thru a short while early on, of dieting unhealthily, was because of disgusting/malicious HATE tweets by solo stans + mostly toxic Taekookers who hated see his close/loving bond (JiKook) w/Jungkook.. *(There's been again *so* much more hate lately that Big Hit issued a Statement again that they were going after worst haters + prosecute them!!)* ..but Jimin worked thru it, began to eat healthy again + has been healthy for years...
▶▶He was the most fit/athletic back then ( *4* FOUR diff. Martial Arts, excels in many Sports, does hardest Stunts/risky high Aerials, dances ANY hard/soft style-power + grace, was teen street Freestyle hip-hop dancer wo won many battles, like JHope, has many KPop titles:"BEST All-Around KPop Idol", #1 Idol Dancer", etc), BUT had cute teen roundish cheeks that would have slimmed naturally as he grew up..
▶▶He only had *9* mos. Vocal (new) & harder hip-hop Dance training before their June 2013 TV Debut, that's why he *sometimes* worries about his (heartbreaking uniquely beautiful) voice, but he's come to realize his voice is amaazing, his solo songs have broken records (incl. Drake's) & is a much more relaxed perfectionist now..😊💜

When I remember it correctly he came to Seoul on the 14th January 2011 (I think that's what he said on their 2019 New Year's Eve VLive) so he was 13(international age) when he became a trainee.

i hope that armys know just how hard it was to witness this happening and not put down others suffering. We dont know and we will never know the extenent of how much one suffers we are only so lucky to be allowed to see so much we have regarding bts. You can talk about how much they persevered through but please dont assume what the boys went through was def harder than others because in the end it comes down to one thing, We dont fucking know shit, they are public figures. I get it, i get it, other fans are immature too but it doesnt not mean we need to be the same, the few immature shits in every fandom, we have no control over, we can only spread what we are good at so please dont put down others suffering. What they show as hardships for the public is not always the truth but yet that is all that thier fandoms are allowed to see and to them that is already painful.
