There's a reason why Ting Ting has been at the top of her game for so long. When I watch these role-play videos, I'm struck by how smart she must be to observe every little human nuance and portray it so authentically on screen. @@HyLo-rule massage is great for a number of health benefits! It stimulates muscle growth and blood flow to the muscles. It removes knots and relaxes the muscles too, along with releasing endorphins it's all around a beneficial experience. I do understand how awkward the thought is to be rubbed down, but I'd recommend maybe going to get spot or focused massages. Say you've got stiff shoulders or neck, they'll probably just get you to take your shirt off. There's some that'll massage you over clothes too so there's a lot of options
@@HyLo-rule If you go get a facial, a lot of times they can do a back rub, least where I got them. I never felt awkward at the spa getting a full body massage, tho I can understand how some people would be uncomfortable. Just feeling the tension ebb away is amazing. I just don't like when they do my feet because I'm too ticklish.
