Actually is raining, one of the windows that normally you can't see have a rain animation, and all of the windows have the drops texture on the windows So basically is raining on SOTM

@ when I searched up what gender the name Jackie is it said male and female so I don’t think the name is enough evidence however it was originally a male name when it was created.
