He really set the tone for what the Mikaelsons were supposed to be strength wise. The scene of him casually chucking some coins at a window and them blowing out like a bomb went off is still one of the best displays of vampiric strength I've ever seen - movie or tv shows.

I think Elijah is the more dangerous psychopath of all the Michaelson's. He takes great pleasure in everyone thinking he is the noble brother, yet he is just as bad as Klaus. But unlike Klaus who knows his the big bad wolf, Elijah thinks he is the knight.

Elijah is most Noble Vampire to ever walk on the planet. He is most trusted Vampire as he keeps his words. He is Most Honorable Vampire. He is also the most powerful Original only after Mikael(Klaus is Hybrid). Elijah also possess great knowledge and ethics. His ethics are what make him most different one.
Elijah is one of my favorite characters of all time and I loved several of his scenes in season 3 but I hated him in that season because he not only sided with Hayley on her arrogant delsuions but he also killed all those Innocent hinters who were just doing their jobs. He also triggered the prophecy instead of letting Klaus calm Marcellus down.

@@kristenwaskie9189 Hayley tried to steal Hope from Klaus out of her own delusions. First of all Klaus is a better parent than her and he was always more fit for raising her since he is not only 1000 years older and leagues smarter than her but he is also more loyal towards his family and more hateful towards bad parents due to his own expirince with them. Hayley claimed that those wolves she led stood up for Hope when it truth they didn't, they only stood for power and to be on the winning side and in a deleted scene where they ran they litteraly complained about protecting Hope until Jackson put them in place and yet Hayley claimed they stood up for her better than her true family so that is a delusion in by itself. She was also delusional enough to think that she was more powerful than all the originals, that the warewolf's were stronger than the Mikealsons, that she could beat anyone including Klaus and Dahlia by herself which are all arrogant delusions in by themselves. She also made the exact same mistake that Esther did despite being aware of it and never admitted that she was wrong about it. She also said that Klaus can't stop her when he could easily and said that Jackson could get to teach Hope anything as if he would ever be allowed in her life. She also claimed that those idiot friends of hers helped them in 3x16 even though litteraly all they did was serve them a drink in their own bar after provoking them first 😕. Do I need to continue? Hayley is easily one of the dumbest charecters in the tvdu in terms of intelignce and her delusions before season 4 were on par with Esther's.

Elijah has proven time and time again he is stronger than Klaus. He is older so according to vampire rules he is stronger and he is a better fighter this was even before they were vampires. So if klaus is the one that people fear will go on a rampage just think of what Elijah could do especially if he and Klaus are working together.
Klaus is more powerfull because he is unpredictable and he is THE HYBRID
Klaus successfully beat and killed mikeal Elijah has not.
