I love this for views of the mountains and the hills, and for the open grounds and the creeks and waterfalls for my children to play. The interior and the furniture are also quite interesting. I’m an engineer, an innovator, an economist, an investor, and a policy expert, but I also inherited a 500-acre third-world sugarcane plantation and around 5,000 acres of mostly a rain-fed waste-land that only grows wheat, corn and grass, but one that we primarily use for hunting. I’ve never grown crops or raised cattle or pursued any agrarian, viticultural, dairy, poultry, or forestry or other nonsensical ventures; my estate manager employs a larger number of peasants and laborers to do the needful. So, my interest in a country property would be that of its recreational utility, not that of its income generating potential, but I’d want it to earn enough through tourism or agrarian or other ventures to pay for the expenses of the servants and the management required for the upkeep of the property. This might be too small for it to pay for the staff required to maintain it.

Looks more like a boutique hotel than a home.
Can you find qualified sub contractors? How far are the sub contractors coming from?
Fire insurance must be astronomical. The outside is to die for.
If someone can afford that house they don't care about Fire insurance price's HAHA
