Assalamoalaykum sir ac section me 178k ki 2 resiter line aur neutral se lahga kar aur 4 diofe ka bridge bana kar aik zeenar 15v kaga kar optocoupler k anode wali pin pe dete hyn aur opto ki out put cpu card 7 no pin pe jati hy 12v banane k liye is circuit ko tafseel se bata den to bari aasani ho gi wapda sence problem ko hal karne me thanks JazakAllak bhai

I really need your help.
Pls am repairing a 10KVA ups with low battery alarm, even though the batteries are all replaced.
16 batteries in total, summing to 213v from multimeter check, but what appear on ups screen is 174v .
Kindly assist me , what could be the possible cause of the fault which affecting the voltage failure sensing.
