Hmmm... Besides Homelander's better micro, those ifvs and foxes really messed you up in the beginning. I see two ways to counter this: either swap out the tow 2 for regular tow and use the lower cost to bring in more units and counter the vehicles early and/or get a card of those m60s for cheaper infantry support/ifv counter. M1a1's are amazing, but they're just too expensive to bring in any significant quantity until later in the game especially in a fight like this where junk is coming at you left and right.
I feel like 8th has fallen off quite hard. Hopefully the new balance process can smooth them over. I don't think it requires a huge shift, just reduce Mech Rifle cost and Engineers a bit to start.
I like your deck reviews and delpoyments :D For me those are maybe more interesting then the game itself. This way I get a glimpse of your though process and get good ideas thanks to the new perspective.
Maybe more gunners and tows and less engineers (dragon). The lack of MGs was felt and dragons just didnt have the range. Also that base hyper accurate cheapee m1 abrams might have been SUPER helpful especially cause tanks are so expensive its hard to buy all those more expensive tanks. Some unluckly rolls for sure. And his micro is godlike and insane
I find generally its best to get the F-111F [LGB] out early and use them to always snipe the SAS. Pulling out both LGB early is generally an awful idea against most divs but the SAS are typically worth it due to their extreme value and limited availability.
HIPPIE I hate to inform you but the M60 teams deal 4.5 damage per minute at 1200m range while the M2HB teams deal 5.5 damage per minute at 1200m; the m60 deals 600 suppression per minute and the m2hb deals 511 (at 1200m) the M60 team deals more suppression at all ranges in exchange for a ~15% reduction in HE output and half the price
I don't know I've only played for a week now. I play the same corp as you but not into the 50 cal or the tows. I didn't know that MP's get bonus. I played a lot of Wargame. I'm a strong believer in infantry, more guys more better. I think I take the Rangers in humvee and weaker ones next to them. I like using Hunvees early to get there quick and using the same dragoons in half track. In the beginning I buy 6 and 6 infantry in Humvee, 4 stingers and the same commanders. You don't like the A-10's? You don't like the Bradley's? The Bradley can't take much of a hit and cost more than they should. In late game I'll use the half tracks to spot after they dropped off. I do think the map wasn't for your setup. Tanks don't do well in cities. Gotta love Abrams.

Zones are usually in buildings, 1v1 (1500pts) map is huge and you struggle for area control. Wheeled APCs also. I can't count how many flanking manuevers I've done and countered with BTR-80. While tanks are just too expensive.

Do agree. 50cals are fire support but just barely. Hippie brought a .50 to a Raden 30mm fight.
