I don't think the last combo is that practical since I don't think you have enough ED space to run both Dilingerous and Atum. If you're running just Atum without Dilingerous with the same hand you can end on Seals + Borrelend + Savage + Levi handrip + Regained Draw without using both Strikers by doing almost the exact same line up to summoning Atum, except you wouldn't summon Lubellion off of REDMD and you wouldn't banish Tracer with Magnamhut (best to banish something that can be tributed for Lubellion). You would summon Seyfert using Atum, link Romulus and Atum in to Triple Burst, revive the monster you banished earlier with Pisty, Summon Lubellion, Place Regained, Seyfert send Lubellion to search Levi, Summon Levi and handrip and draw from Regained, link Triple Burst + Seyfert + Levi in to Borrelend in the zone Pisty points to, Seyfert banishes to add Levi back, Borrelend negates pisty to summon Tracer, Levi banishes another 3 to summon itself again, link Pisty + Levi in to Seals, Tracer pops boot to make Savage.
Triple Burst uses Romulus and ANY other body to make Pisty live. Without it the only way to make Pisty live is to have Striker opposite Pisty, which either requires using your second copy of Striker (and being restricted to only summoning it with a level 4 or lower body, as opposed to say a Bystial or Meteor Dragon) or reviving a banished Striker with Dis Pater, way more restrictive. Dilingerous does add an extra body whenever you go through it, but that usually doesn't have a massive impact on your overall end board if you combo properly. Dilingerous also usually requires you to have already dark locked yourself in order to use Rechargers effect, which usually prevents you from including Seals on your board.

Is triple burst only optimal when you have 2+ bystials and can make early seals and summon it off dispater? Seems like dillngerous is normally better.
