Although this is not really a helpful tutorial at all, it doesn't explain how to do anything you shouldn't already know. He also forgot the animation principle of easing which is very important. Also you're not soposed to use the anticipation principle on an inanimate object unless it's a robot unless you want it to be REALLY cartoony.

That's interesting to start with! I even did it once! But Google images may be copyrighted, and that could bring restrictions to the video.
