I know about the infinite sheilds and buufs n energy. I took him into zariman lvl 110 and 3000 shields were gone in 2 seconds. Me personally since he doesnt have any offensive abilities i fell his passive should also give his shields a 50 percent armor buff. I dont want to add max because wed ve dealing with nidus but shields. I know you can helminth but i want an offensive ability on him. Any suggestions? Im probably adding armor strip from terrify on nekros considering im at 260 to 280 strength on harrow.
Ima be real when it comes to Harrow as a warframe I kinda struggle wit using his abilities right pike yeah he sounds cool in concept but when using him in the heat of battle I tend to press his abilities at the wring time and I sometimes don't know if I'm using him right which I feel he isn't really the frame for me
You misheard forma as "4 my". Basically the build costs 3 forma without an exhilus mod. A build requiring 3 forma basically means it takes about of average amount of time to achieve since the absolute most you will ever need for a warframe is 9 forma, however a good number of warframe already come with built in forma which tends to decrease the number you actually have to farm and most warframes don't need all 9 forma (about 5 or 6 is when you start getting deminishing returns). If you want to use the exhilus mod slot for the build however it'll cost another 2 or so forma which will significantly increase the time needed to make.
