Nice to see you geting a good start . I new you would pop up on my feed. We meet at the walmart talking about your thru hike. I wont say we're tho. But i definitely remember and im excited for you hope you have a wonderful trip and looking forward to following you. 😁 something you might want to try is breathing thru the nose and out thru the mouth. It would help control your breathing.
@ChuckHowell-Outdoors well i disnt mean constantly. But periodically when your totally winded. And stop of a few and get your breathing back under control.
The pain on the outside of your knee is your IT band. Godspeed!
