You can push the silicone ring inside the saftey chain when it's this sort of safety chain. Use some sort of "tool" like a tooth pick or something and push it inside. Then the safety chain won't go on to the threading. I do this for safety and because I hate it when the safety chain moves on the threading and I have to adjust it all the time...

​​@@michelletrammel3705 Oh, I forgot to say... 🙃. If you can't get a whole silicone ring inside because there's just not enough room to get it through... Then you can cut a silicone ring (or one of the black Pandora silicone "thingies" that we get for free to have inside clips) into pieces and push some pieces inside one by one.
I have done that on safety chains, but also on top heavy charms that I don't want to flip on my bracelet.
I'm on in-sta-gram under same name, brittas charms and beads. And for example, have pieces of silicone inside the suitcase and heart on the Mini Design Travel Bracelet that I posted a couple of days ago. And I have silicone inside both sides of the safety chain on my roses bracelet that I also posted about recently.

Spacer is called Rice spacer, same style as the Rice chain.
