    I don't ask you how are you because you stay always healthy and fitness at peaks , my first fitness master was Gurumann after him you only Sir , most of the people confused and failing in designing workout pattern and some people are coming to gym to take selfies 😂😂😂 some are arrogant weight lifters even they know they can't lift that much weight ,anyways Thank you Sir very informative , We Telugu people got an opportunity from you Sir , your all videos are informative and easy to understand that too in Telugu
